With a spotlight on "Emerging and Transformative Technologies", we're calling on YOU to unleash your innovation. From ‘Planning for ITS Projects’ to 'Asset Management', and 'Performance Measurement of ITS Implementations' to 'Connected Automated Vehicles', we're looking for insights and innovation that push boundaries. But don't let these categories box you in - if it's transformative and relevant to the ITS realm, we want to hear it! Submit your electrifying abstract of no more than 100 words, encapsulating your ground-breaking idea by August 15, 2023.

Online Registration 

Register for the 2023 Annual Meeting as:

• Participant or Speaker Includes the ability to register for the Wednesday training and social event as an addition to your conference registration.
• Exhibitor Includes the ability to register for the Wednesday training and social event as an addition to your conference registration.
• Sponsor Only Sponsorship does NOT include conference registration.

Note:

• Early registration is available until Monday, October 9, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (Central).
• Online registration is available until Monday, October 30, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (Central).
• After October 30, 2023, registration will be available on-site during the annual meeting.

Please make check or money order (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-ITS23. Event Management&Planning (EM&P)  also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit  cards. If paying by check or money order, you may register online and  then mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for  TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is  74-2270624.

On-Site Registration 

Conference registration will be available at the hotel immediately prior to the conference. An on-site registration fee of $500 for members and $550 for non-members will be in effect during that time. Check, money order, exact cash, and credit card payments will be accepted on-site.

On-site registration will be available at the meeting hotel starting at the following times:

• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday, November 15
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Thursday, November 16
• 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.; Friday, November 17

Cancellations 

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P (events@tti.tamu.edu) by 5:00 p.m., October 30, 2023, will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee.

No refunds will be made after October 30, 2023.
