Membership

ITS Texas is proud to align with a number of influential businesses and organizations interested in helping us promote and enhance public safety and community welfare through research, development, and implementation of advanced technology. The ITS Texas newsletter and website are great forums for advertising your company and products.

Become a New Member

The annual ITS Texas membership fee is $100 which can be paid on-line with a credit card (see link below) or by mailing a check. After you hit submit, information will be provided on your options for submitting your payment. Your membership will not be activated until payment is received.

Benefits of Membership

Your ITS Texas membership includes the following benefits:

  • Monthly ITS Texas Newsletter.

  • A significant reduction in registration fees for the annual meeting.

  • Notification of and access to specialty conferences.

  • Professional development and networking opportunities.

Length of Membership

  • Membership is good for 1 calendar year

  • If you register for a membership while registering for the annual meeting, the cost of your membership is waived and your membership will be valid through the following calendar year.

    • Example: You registered your membership and attended the 2023 annual meeting. Your membership runs from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024.

  • If you register as a member at any other time, your membership​ expires at the end of the calendar year in which you registered.

  • Example: You registered as a member in March and do not attend the annual meeting, your membership expires on December 31.​

Membership Renewal

If you are not on the most recent membership list and believe you have been a previous member and would like to renew, please send an email to webmaster@itstexas.org.

How to Become a Student Chapter

As a student chapter, members can participate in various activities such as workshops, seminars, competitions, and networking events. It provides an opportunity for students to develop their skills, gain practical experience, and build relationships within their field.
